Padharo Stays curates and lists short-term rental properties across Jaipur, Rajasthan, and facilitates direct bookings between guests and property hosts. By using this website or making a booking, you agree to these terms.
A booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed through our payment partner, Razorpay, and you have received confirmation from us via WhatsApp, phone, or email. Prices shown include the nightly rate and any add-ons you've selected at the time of booking; they do not include applicable taxes unless stated.
Add-ons such as celebration setups, cabs, and tours are arranged by Padharo Stays on your behalf through local vendors and partners. While we take care to ensure quality, these services are subject to vendor availability and may occasionally require rescheduling with reasonable notice.
Guests are expected to treat properties, hosts, and neighbours with respect. Damage to property beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges, billed separately by the host or Padharo Stays.
Standard check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM unless otherwise agreed with your host in advance. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

Padharo Stays acts as an intermediary between guests and independent property hosts. While we vet and manage the properties we list, we are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your stay, except where caused by our direct negligence.
Bookings may only be made by individuals aged 18 or older. The primary guest must be present at check-in with valid government-issued photo identification.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan having exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
